Spindrift were contracted by production company Neon Angel to produce content and programme media servers for an MTV Presents show in Astana Kazakhstan. We were going into a pre-existing outdoor venue for the 2017 Expo with 10 LED screens. A mixture of 6mm and 10mm pitch LED, making up a total canvas of 7520 x 1056. There were 2 sides to our brief, the first to come up with creative motion graphics to fit the performances of 5 artists. Nova Twins, Kele Le Roc, R3wire & Varski, John Newman and Akon. Having enough variety to give each performance a distinct look and feel. The second was to animate logos and idents from MTV and the artists to create content to play out when doors opened and between changeovers.
